Celebrate your next event in style with our Play Party Package at F&T Wellington! Our non-exclusive gym use for up to 10 people is perfect for an hour of playtime, complete with a party table for your booking. Once the playing is done, your group can enjoy food, cake, presents, and more at the table. Book now and let us help you create a memorable experience for you and your guests! What's Included: > 1-Hour of Play in the Gym > 1-Hour and 45-Minutes at your Party Table* > Up to 10 Participants > Additional Participants are at $12.00 each Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session to check in and receive your wristbands. *How the Party Table works: Upon arrival to your session in the gym, you will gain access to your Party Table, you are able to use the hour the participants are playing to set it up and if any other parents are staying and wish to sit back and relax they can do so from your Party Table or our dedicated Viewing Area. When your session in the gym ends all participants will head to your Party Table and you will have: > 30-35 minutes to do all your food, cake, presents etc > 5-10 minutes to clean/pack up NOTE: Parents who wish to stay can either head to our viewing area to sit back and relax while we take care of all the children. Or if there are parents who would like to enter the gym and go around on the gear with the kids they can do this at an additional cost of $12.00 per adult.

Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Responsibility: Parent/Guardian is responsible for timely and complete payment using the Flips & Tumbles app, website, or in-store before the session begins. The entire booking fee is due to confirm a booking unless otherwise stated by Flips & Tumbles. 2. Booking Agreement: By registering/booking and completing the checkout process, you agree to the terms and enter into a binding contract. 3. Price Adjustment: Prices are listed on our website and may be modified or corrected at any time by Flips & Tumbles. 4. Cancellations: -Refunds are only granted for prolonged illness or injury with a valid doctor's certificate, as outlined in our Terms of Use. -No credits or refunds within 7 days; reschedules may be possible with an additional fee. -No reschedules, credits, or refunds within 72 hours, regardless of circumstances. -No-shows are subject to charges.
