Take a break and let your kids go wild with our Standard Edition Kids Night Out session! You can take four hours off and relax while your kids enjoy Free-Play, Nerf Battle, Pizza, Movie and more! Event Day: Saturday's Event Time: 4:00pm* - 8:00pm Rundown of the night: 4:00PM - 4:30PM | DROP OFF 4:30PM - 5:45PM | FREE-PLAY 5:45PM - 6:30PM | PIZZA DINNER 6:30PM - 7:20PM | NERF/MOVIE 7:20PM - 7:45PM | FREE-PLAY 7:45PM - 8:00PM | PACK UP/PICK UP We will also provide complimentary popcorn and juice with dinner and movie. Ticket Options: Single Entry (1x Participant) | $35.00 per person Household Entry (Up To 3x Participants) | $80.00 Please Note: > We provide a pizza** dinner for everyone who has booked in, however, if your child has dietary requirements, they need to supply their own pizza/food for dinner. > Suitable for ages 5yrs+*** *Drop off can be any time from 4:00pm. **Pizza is ordered from Domino's. ***Under 5s may attend if they are toilet trained and comfortable to be left without their parent for the duration of the session. -We kindly advise parents to ensure their child brings a spare change of clothing if there is a tendency for accidents, or if they wish to have a contingency plan in place.

Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS | KIDS NIGHT OUT! All cancellation, credit and refund requests must be made in writing via email. Credit requests must be sent via email within 7 days of the accident/incident to qualify, as well as meeting the requirements stated below. No refunds will be given. This Cancellation, Credit, and Refund Policy is provided by Flips & Tumbles and governs the terms and conditions for booking and participating in our Kids Night Out! sessions. We strive to offer a transparent and fair policy to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. BOOKING & PAYMENT 1. Payment Responsibility: - The Parent/Guardian assumes responsibility for making full payment of the booking fee in a timely and complete manner before the commencement of the session. Payment methods accepted include the Flips & Tumbles app, website or in store. 2. Full Booking Fee Requirement: - The entire booking fee is due to confirm a booking unless stated otherwise by Flips & Tumbles. Same-day bookings are accepted only if the session has availability. 3. Late Payment: - If participants arrive at a Kids Night Out Booking/Session before the total booking fee has been received, their participation may be denied or subject to additional charges, such as late fees or administration fees, unless a written application for special circumstances has been submitted. 4. Payment Obligation: - The full booking cost is required regardless of the attendance of all participants. 5. Change of Session: - Written requests for a session change can be made to flipsandtumbles@outlook.com 8 days or more before the booked session's commencement, please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy outlined below. 6. Booking Agreement: - By booking for any Kids Night Out! session, you agree to read the full item listing, enter a legally binding contract when committing to buy, and complete the checkout payment process. 7. Price Adjustment: - Prices for our services and products are listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify prices and correct pricing errors.
