Let your child experience the joy of tumbling, building strength, flexibility, and coordination in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This is a great taster of what our regular classes offer, providing them with a thrilling introduction to our Tumbling Classes at Flips & Tumbles.

Join us for a trial session, reserve their spot now, and watch them soar to new heights!

DATE: Saturday 13th April 2024

TIME: 11:00am - 12:30pm

AGES: 4.5 - 12 years

Session Structure:

10:45am - 11:00am | Check In/Arrival

11:00am - 11:15am | Intro to Staff, Facility and Session

11:15am - 11:45am | Warm Up, Taught Structured Session, Cool Down/Stretch

11:45am - 11:50am | Debrief on Session, Safety Briefing on Free Time

11:50am - 12:30pm | Free-Time (a chance for kids to play, parents can come onto the gear and chat with the staff or they can see reception to sign their child up for a class!)

• Jumps
• Twists
• Rolls
• Handstands
• Cartwheels

Please Bring:

• Socks
• Drink bottle

Before your session ends, make sure to see reception so that they can help you sign up for a Term Class!

If for whatever reason, you can no longer make it to the session, please let Flips & Tumbles know as soon as possible so that they can re-open up your spot to someone else!
